We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. This policy is made pursuant to the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (the "NDPA") and the guidelines of the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (the "NDPC").

This website is a static brochure: it has no backend, no accounts, no login, no online forms and no payment processing. We do not collect, store or process any personal data on the website's servers, and we do not run analytics or advertising trackers.

The only personal data involved in ordering is what you choose to share with us on WhatsApp — typically your name, phone number, a delivery address and delivery notes. You provide this voluntarily when you place or discuss an order.

The order cart on the site is stored in your own browser's localStorage. It stays on your device, is never sent to us or any third party, and is cleared when you clear your browser data.

We use the details you send on WhatsApp for one purpose: to fulfil your order — confirming price and availability, arranging delivery or pickup, and answering your questions. We rely on the lawful bases of consent and the performance of a contract (the order you are placing with us).

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data, and we do not use it for marketing without your separate agreement.

Messages travel through WhatsApp, operated by Meta Platforms. By messaging us you accept WhatsApp's own privacy terms for that communication.

We also link to external services from the site (for example Google Maps for directions). Those services have their own privacy policies; we do not send them any of your data.

We may share personal data where required by law, regulation or a court order, or where necessary to protect our legal rights.

WhatsApp conversation history is kept in our WhatsApp Business inbox for as long as it is useful for serving you — for example to honour repeat orders and warranty issues — and as long as required for accounting or legal purposes. We periodically clear old conversations.

Your browser's localStorage order cart is kept only on your device and only until you clear it.

Because we hold no personal data on our own systems, the security burden is small. WhatsApp applies its own technical and organisational safeguards to the messages we exchange, including end-to-end encryption in transit between your device and ours. We follow the principle of collecting the minimum data needed and keeping it only for as long as needed.

Under the NDPA you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to ask for correction of inaccurate data, to request erasure, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw any consent you have given at any time.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC) if you believe your personal data has been mishandled.

Messaging via WhatsApp may involve your data being processed by Meta outside Nigeria. WhatsApp and Meta apply their own safeguards and contractual protections to such transfers.

We do not use tracking cookies, analytics or advertising pixels. The only local storage we use is the order cart in your browser, which is not a cookie and is never read by us.

Our site and service are intended for adults and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly process children's personal data.

We do not use automated decision-making, including profiling, that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available at /privacy, and the "last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Where a change is significant, we will draw it to your attention on the site or on WhatsApp.
