Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the GreenValueFarms website and any order you place with us, GreenValueFarms, a poultry farm at No 140 Orba Road, Nsukka, Enugu, Nigeria. By using the site or placing an order you accept these Terms.

Weights shown (for example "Approx. 1.2–1.5kg") are indicative and may vary slightly from bird to bird. Prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are estimates.

We may change prices or product availability at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one we confirm with you on WhatsApp before delivery or pickup.

Nothing you do on this website creates a binding contract. An order is a request you send to us as a WhatsApp message — either by using the site's "Send Order via WhatsApp" flow or by messaging us directly.

A binding contract is formed only when we confirm your order on WhatsApp, including the final price, delivery or pickup details, and timing. Until then either of us may walk away without obligation.

This website does not accept payments and we do not process or store any card or bank details. Payment method, amount and timing are agreed with you directly on WhatsApp before your order is fulfilled.

We deliver across Nigeria, with same-day or next-day delivery depending on your area, and offer farm pickup by appointment. Delivery areas, fees and timing are confirmed on WhatsApp before you commit.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or pickup. Where a delivery is delayed by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (for example weather, security or transport disruption), we will keep you informed and are not responsible for the delay.

Our products are perishable, so please inspect your order at the time of delivery or pickup. If anything is missing or not as agreed, tell us within 24 hours on WhatsApp with a photo, and we will resolve it — with a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Live birds, once handed over, and products that have not been stored correctly after delivery are not eligible for refund.

Dressed birds are delivered chilled or frozen and must be refrigerated or frozen promptly after delivery, and cooked thoroughly before eating. You are responsible for safe handling and storage after the goods are in your possession.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, business or goodwill.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

You agree to provide accurate contact and delivery information, to keep the site free of misuse (including attempting to break it or scrape it), and not to use our services for any unlawful purpose.

Ordering and contact use WhatsApp; the site also links to external services such as Google Maps. These are provided by third parties under their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

The site's content — copy, design, logos and images — is owned by or licensed to GreenValueFarms. You may not reproduce, redistribute or use it commercially without our written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Enugu State, Nigeria.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at /terms. Continuing to use the site or place orders after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
